Learning to Love Ideas: Brainstorming 101

Great design starts with a great idea.

The 2010 Front End Design Conference was a blast. The audience was fabulous and asked some great questions. The speakers offered a variety of topics and presentation styles. Thanks to Dan Denny and his team for putting this event together.  It was wonderful to catch up with Jina Bolton again, and to meet Sarah Parmenter, Meagan Fisher, Lea Alcantara, Niki Brown and Adelle Charles.

Below are the slides from my sessions. If you attended or have any questions, feel free to post in the comments!

Also a big thank you to my fellow AgencyNetters, Brian Chiger and Garett Bugda, for their insight and input in the brainstorming process.

Wow Larisa… your blog design is better than ever. I must say, it’s a state-of-the-art design.

Without brainstorm in these days is a lost of time. Starting in the name of my project, to the design, content and features. It’s important to brainstorm with a team or solo.

    Good presentation!

Brainstorming is a great tactics for making or developing any kind of plan. It can make impact in graphics design idea as well. Thank you for pointing this technique. Loved reading your post.

What a great presentation of a difficult topic, difficult as in ‘how do you bring it across logically in one short session?’ Well now I know ;) Excellent!
